The past year brought many changes to the world including the maritime industry due to the ongoing pandemic; with restrictions which made it difficult for SMOU to catch up with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) companies.  This Lunar New Year season served as a good opportunity for the SMOU officials and industrial relation officers to catch up and reaffirm ties with CBA companies.

The lunches and LoHei were conducted while adhering to prevailing safety measures to protect everyone from the effects of the pandemic. The get-together meals were a good way to start the year even as SMOU and companies prepare for a more hopeful year ahead for the maritime industry and its workers.
