To adhere to the prevailing measures and to protect members, staff and family members, SMOU encourages our members to conduct SMOU-related transactions online (https://siis.smou.org.sg/public/login.zul) or via our SMOU mobile application ‘MySMOU’ where most of our services can be accessed with ease.
Visits to the SMOU One Stop Service Centre will be strictly by appointment basis only.
