On 15 January 2022, 17 SMOU members headed down to cooking store and studio ‘ToTT’ at Century Square and Suntec City for a festive baking workshop. Participants were in for a treat as they would learn how to make the traditional Indonesian cake, but with a twist – a Kueh Lapis Roll. The workshop was organised with Lunar New Year being round the corner.
To adhere to COVID-19 safe management measures, participants were paired up at each baking station. As SMOU is an avid proponent of lifelong learning, this workshop not only imparted a new skill for the members, but left them enriched and fulfilled.
