With the recent spike in community cases of COVID-19, the Government has announced tightened national measures on 24 September 2021, effective from 27 Sept – 24 Oct 2021 (both dates inclusive).

To adhere to the prevailing measures and to protect members, staff and family members, SMOU encourages our members to conduct SMOU-related transactions online (https://siis.smou.org.sg/public/login.zul) or via our SMOU mobile application ‘MySMOU’ where most of our services can be accessed with ease.

Visits to the SMOU One Stop Service Centre will be strictly by appointment basis only.
