The Batam shopping tour kicked off with a visit to the Fortune Temple. Members soaked in the peaceful ambience before heading to Pasar Penuin Wet Market. Here, the group explored bustling wholesale shops brimming with local snacks and foodstuffs. Next, the group visited the Batam Birdnest Factory Outlet, where they had the opportunity to learn about the fascinating process of bird’s nest harvesting.

Afternoon lunch was at We Wey Live Seafood followed by an introductory session on the various coffee beans and coffee-making process and a free tasting of aromatic brews at 70 Fahrenehit Koffie @ Batam. More shopping spree awaited members at Golden Factory Outlet and the Tua Pek Kong Lover Letter Cake shop.  The day concluded on a high note at Grand Batam Mall, with members engaging in last-minute finds and leisurely exploration of the shopping centre.
