Adding a touch of Singapore hospitality, crew members whose birthdates were in August had the privilege of having their birthdays celebrated with a special birthday cake. Officers were gifted with goodie bags containing practical items and party pack snacks in them. The crews enjoyed a lunch of Subway sandwiches accompanied by a selection of Old Chang Kee finger food such as fish balls, sotong balls, and chicken sausage. The seafarers were grateful that the union spent time to check on their well-being and engaged with them on their needs. The special and thoughtful gifts and food added to their joy.
