The name “Jumanji” would bring memories of adventure and fantasy for both children and adults! On 8 December 2019, some 580 SMOU members and families, students and parents from the SMOU-adopted My First Skool (Jalan Sultan), gathered at GV VivoCity to watch “Jumanji: The Next Level”, a sequel of the 2017 movie. Part of the group were also the hard-working nurses from the NTUC Health Nursing Home at Jurong West, who SMOU invited to show appreciation for their invaluable work and contribution to the home.
Not only was the atmosphere ‘next level’, but so was the time of family bonding as the plot brought everyone to the edge of their seats. Movie-goers enjoyed the show with popcorn in their hands and family and friends by their side, and everyone were seen discussing and reliving movie moments as they left the cinema!
