The care and welfare of members have always been what SMOU strives to achieve. Noordin bin Abdul, a member of SMOU for 42 years, passed away at the age of 70 and is survived by his four children. He was a home trade officer with over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry.
SMOU General Secretary Mary Liew presented the NTUC GIFT Insurance and a care pack to Mr Muhammad Hafiz Bin Noordin, his son, who collected on behalf of the family. Our heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of Mr Noordin bin Abdul at this time.
