Mr Lai Kwan To, an SMOU member of 39 years, has passed on at the ripe age of 92. Having been an SMOU member for almost 4 decades, Mr Lai was a regular supporter of SMOU events, participating in various shopping trips and Lunar New Year Hong Bao luncheons. SMOU had paid a home visit to Mr Lai in 2020 during the Lunar New Year season, where greetings and conversation were exchanged.

General Secretary Ms Mary Liew presented the SMOU death benefit payout to Mr Lai Kwan To’s son, Mr Lai Kai Lam, along with a Care Pack that contained protective items. SMOU offers our deepest condolences to Mr Lai’s family during this time.
