In conjunction with Lunar New Year, SMOU hosted their annual Golf League at Orchid Country Club on 10 February 2022. The league saw more than 100 SMOU members teeing off at allocated interval timings around noon. Despite the rain in the morning, golfers came streaming in with high spirits to showcase their golfing abilities.
The SMOU Golf League was conducted with the current safe management measures in mind to ensure the safety of the golfers. SMOU also prepared lunch bento boxes and festive goodie bags for participants, which were placed at each golfer’s buggy.
At the end of the day, members said they were already looking forward to next year’s Golf League and hoped that restrictions would permit more activities to happen then.
