More than 20 Young SMOU members, comprising TNTA cadets, TNTA Alumni members, and officers from various shipping companies as well as YSMOU officials, gathered for an exhilarating teambuilding session of Laser Tag at Golazo on 7 February.

The teambuilding session was an opportunity for participants to strengthen their friendship and team spirit. Effective communication and good strategic planning were also displayed amongst team members during the game. The session also provided a good platform for the juniors and seniors to engage with one another, where they exchanged views and provided tips on their sailing experiences.

“It was a very rewarding session because it was an opportunity for us to gather and share our experiences. The most meaningful part was to see how far TNTA cadets have come and to interact with cadets who are about to go out to sea, to encourage them and advise them to persevere till the end.”

A deeper bond was forged at the end of the day, with everyone having a better understanding of their peers.
