Strong tripartite ties were celebrated and reaffirmed at SMOU’s Company Union Rapport Exercise (C.U.R.E) cocktail.
Attended by over 130 tripartite partners from the maritime industry, the casual setting at Lighthouse Bistro encouraged stronger personal bonding and meaningful exchanges and also to catch up with the latest maritime news in the shipping community.
SMOU General Secretary Mary Liew expressed her gratitude to the shipping community,“It is because of our strong tripartite relationship that we are able to impact the lives of workers in the maritime industry for placing training a priority.
“I enjoy coming to C.U.R.E every year because it brings people together – we get to exchange and explore new ideas, and also be updated on SMOU’s welfare and training schemes.”
