Working & Living At Sea Is A Multi-Cultural Experience!

Modern shipping involves cross-border global operations and many seafarers can attest that the shipboard environment can be culturally enriching, having sailed with ship officers and crew from diverse nationalities.

Working and living together onboard for many months can sound exciting at the very beginning. However, it takes good effort and appreciation of other cultures to foster a harmonious environment during the entire deployment onboard.
